1, the starting current is too large (more than 2.5 times), start too fast, you can try to increase the number of turns, tap to 100% of the number of turns, the effect of the starting current is reduced, the starting torque is reduced at the same time.

2, the starting current is too small (less than 2 times) the starting torque is not enough, the start is too slow, you can try to reduce the number of turns, the tap to 80% of the number of turns, the effect of the starting current increases, the starting torque increases at the same time.

3, if the machine restarts after a period of downtime, because of the heavy mechanical load, it is difficult to start again, the motor can be activated several times, so that the mechanical rotation after a few times, it can be used normally.
