Understanding the Atlas Passive Skill Tree
In Path of Exile 3.23, the Atlas underwent significant restructuring, with the addition of 10 new map regions and the shuffling of many map tiers and locations. To match this, the Atlas passive tree was completely revamped, featuring new notable passives and clusters oriented around the new Ultimatum league content.
