MicaText started when our founder was calling around to try and find an accountant, and the first 3 businesses didn't answer the phone or call back for many hours. By the time these businesses responded, a decision was made of who to work with already.

The fourth company didn't pick up either, but the business owner sent a text message about 20 minutes after the missed call saying they'd call back right away.
